AUDIO INTERCOM
Emergency audio communication unit between passenger and dispatcher.
The terminal is installed in public transport or at bus stops. It is designed for emergency voice communication with the driver or dispatcher to assist the passenger or transfer reference information. The type of vehicle determines where the emergency request is received: a train driver's cab, a train conductor's cab, or a ground station could be potential end users of an incoming call.

The system can be installed using both UIC-568 analog technology and digital VOIP.

Functionality

  • emergency communication "passenger-operator";
  • inter-cabin communication;
  • speakerphone (driver);
  • alerts from the operator through the cabin speakers;
  • notifications from the operator through separate emergency communication units.

The system provides
  • different types of voice communication with priority and call queue management;
  • the ability to change operation algorithms and configure parameters (queue rules, time delays, forwarding, etc.);
  • synchronous playback of audio streams;
  • embedded client devices of several versions.
VIDEO INTERCOM
Emergency video communication unit between passenger and dispatcher.
The terminal is installed in public transport or at bus stops. It is designed for emergency voice communication with the driver or dispatcher to assist the passenger or transfer reference information. With the help of the unit, the dispatcher can not only hear, but also see the passenger, receive more reliable information from the scene, adequately and promptly respond to crisis situations.

The system is organized on the basis of IP video signal transmission technology. This allows us to provide video communication with minimal delays.

The communication module with the driver has a sound emitter, a video camera, a display and a microphone.
A virtual assistant is also programmatically integrated into the module, allowing the passenger to interact with the dispatch service and the driver. It carry out voice recognition to determine the intonation. The virtual assistant is presented in the form of a character that is associated with the brand and allows you to establish contact with passengers.
